altIngredientes: (Rinde 2 porciones)

*1/2 taza de papaya picada, sin cáscara ni semillas
*1/4 de taza de piña picada, sin cáscara
*2 Rebanadas de sandía picada, sin cáscara ni semillas
*1 plátano picado, sin cáscara
*1 1/2 taza de agua

Modo de preparar:

Extrae el jugo de papaya y piña. Licua con el resto de los ingredientes. Cuela y bebe de inmediato

Recomendaciones: Tomar un vaso por las mañanas, recuerda que beber abundantes líquidos a diario, ayuda a eliminar toxinas a través de la orina y la transpiración.
